We may keep a copy of this data for record keeping purposes and in order to maintain an ongoing business relationship with you.
This can be defined as your name, title, billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number, purchase details, or card details that have been provided to us by you in order to process a transaction. Our lawful grounds of holding this data is purely on a contractual basis between us.
Due to the nature of our business, in order to provide you with the best treatment possible, we will collect and keep records on; your past and current medical conditions, information about treatments that we have provided or propose to provide and its cost, treatment invoices, past product purchases, notes of conversations or incidents that may occur for your records, records of consent to treatment, and consultation forms.
We do not collect any sensitive data. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership or any other defined a such sensitive data.

From time to time, and only with your consent, we may send you news and marketing information about Synergist Massage. You can unsubscribe from our marketing material at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

All data is stored on our secure computer system and all paper documents, if retained, are stored in secure filing cabinets. The information is only accessible to authorized team members.

In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request that the personal data we hold for you is deleted at any time. In order to request your details be deleted, please send a written request either by email or post to the contact details stated above. We are unable to process verbal requests. We will process your request within 30 days.
